Full-day tours range widely in effort. The greenway is a flat 40 km with about 180 m of climbing, at your own pace. The forest gravel loop is 72 km and about 1,050 m. The volcano gravel day is 88 km and about 1,600 m, and the coast road is 118 km and about 1,650 m with a lunch stop. Plan to start early, carry food and water, and keep the evening free. Choose by terrain and effort, not just length.
